C/w a Annual Inspection IAW Far 43 Appd. D and all applicable service manuals. Drained Oil, removed oil filter, cut and inspected. No abnormalities found at this time. Installed new Oil filter p/n CH48110. Serviced engine with 12 qts of Aeroshell oil. Compression check as follows: #1: 71/80. #2: 72/80. # 3: 74/80. #4: 74/80. #5: 74/80. #6: 70/80. Cleaned spark plugs. Checked Timing. Replaced Defrost Scat hose with new hose. Replaced Alternator Capacitor p/n 63897-006. Ground ran, leak check good - I certify that this engine has been inspected IAW an Annual inspection and has been deteremined to be airworthy condition. - Richard Jertberg AP306848418IA.

Sept 30, 2004 Installed breaker points, condenser & impulse coupler spring in left magneto. Set E gap to mfg. spec. re-installed magneto w/new gasket. Timed to engine. Ops check satisfactory Engine approval for return to service. Richard/George AP740846155

Performed the Altimeter, Transponder and static system tests required by FAR 91.411 and 91.413 Transponder Make: King Model: KT78 s/n: 35821 tested to 20,000 ft. Installed AK-350 encoder. Removed and replaced EGT gauge with serviceable unit Repaired shorted terminal on back of clock. R&R clock fuse. Replaced missing clock screws Performed IFR cert Cleaned volume knob contact on both Com/Nav units. Operational check on both Com/Navs, ADF, Loran, and audio panel. - Twin Lakes Avionics, CRS: JB4R278M Inspected
